Flora grew up surrounded by horses, and spent a large proportion of her time eventing her own horses. Prior to training as a physiotherapist, she worked at a small animal veterinary practice, a livery yard and a competition yard.
Her experience handling horses across various disciplines has given her a thorough understanding of the demands placed on these animals. Flora’s enthusiasm for working with animals, coupled with a keen scientific interest, led her to train as a veterinary physiotherapist and a career focused on improving animal health and performance.
Flora is often accompanied on her daily rounds by her cocker spaniel called Fudge, and when she is not working can often be found retraining her ex-racehorse Ely Brown.
